CRAFTMANSHIP IN THE MOLD
Each hot tub mold is handcrafted by Clearwater Spas engineers. Every inch of each hot tub has been thoughtfully engineered for a premium experience and Clearwater continues to perfect their spa line.
ABS DURAFLOOR
With its sealed ABS plastic base, the Clearwater Spas durafloor is the perfect foundation for your spa. Integrated into the spa’s structure, the durafloor keeps the spa components and frame up out of harms way. Our RTB insulation contains borates which are undesirable to insects and rodents. The base is silicone sealed and screw bonded to our cabinets. The base raises the spa off the ground to further protect it from the elements. Our 100% recycled ABS Durafloor base is vacuum formed from a single sheet for durability, strength and a watertight seal. The base is also crafted to perfectly fit our pillar support system for holding the weight of the spa and provides insulated pedestal pump mounts for durability and noise reduction.
INSULATION: ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Clearwater Spas Reflective Thermal Barrier (RTB) Insulation System harnesses all thermal gain from the pumps and the heater inside the spa skirting while reflecting the colder outside air away from the spa. With an R-20 Value, the insulation material allows the warmth from the pumps and heater to be reflected back inside the spa cabinet, heating the spa shell and water. Clearwater Spas is dedicated to energy efficiency and you will experience dramatic energy savings and money over the lifetime of you spa.
PVC Pillar Support System
The PVC support system used in each Clearwater Spa is a frame-free support system that will not rot, mold, rust or break down like other hot tubs that use wood or steel frames. Clearwater hot tubs also fill their support system with high-density foam so that it will not break down and attract rodents from having excess moisture and warmth.
Sealing The Spa
Clearwater Spas does not cut corners on design. Every hot tub shell has a support system made from the same recycled ABS material as used in its base. The gaps between each support are then sealed with high-density foam to increase energy savings by sealing off heat loss.
SPA SHELL & ECOSPRAY
Clearwater Spas is the first hot tub company to produce an ecologically sound product. Each Clearwater Spa is produced without destructive agents that eat through the earth's ozone layer. Clearwater Spa shells are not only the most ecologically sound but are one of the strongest in the industry. They are layered with ABS backed acrylic, Clearwater's Ecospray process, and steel mesh to support high-traffic areas.
Systematic Plumbing
Clearwater Spas plumbing is designed to create water flow with minimum drag and almost no back pressure for stronger flow at each jet with less energy consumption. The plumbing on each hot tub goes through a rigorous 500-point quality check to ensure performance.
24 HR Circulation Plump
Clearwater Spas' circulation pump works continuously to filter 100% of the spa’s water 24 hours a day. This quiet filtering cycle is completely automatic and there is no need to program long cleaning cycles. The system is easy to maintain with recyclable filters that easily lift out for easy cleaning or replacement.
Ergonomic Seating
Each Clearwater Spa is equipped with seating that has been ergonomically designed by dedicated engineers. Each hot tub seat is handcrafted and actually sat in during the design process to confirm the design of the most comfortable hot tub seating available!
